Cloud and Berry Soaps is a Shopify e-commerce website I designed and developed for a handmade whipped soap brand, offering a seamless shopping experience with secure account authentication, smooth checkout, and order processing. Built on Shopify, the site features a custom-designed UI/UX, optimized product pages, and automated shipping label generation to streamline fulfillment. The platform ensures secure transactions while maintaining brand consistency through a clean, visually appealing layout. This project demonstrates my expertise in Shopify development, e-commerce functionality, and user-centered design, resulting in a scalable online store that enhances both customer experience and operational efficiency.
I recently decided to take Eldercraft LLC, my trusted construction company, into the digital age by building a basic website. I used HTML to lay out our services and history, making sure everything was easy to read and navigate. With CSS, I added our company colors and styled the site to make it look professional and welcoming. And a bit of JavaScript brought it all to life, adding interactive elements that make the website more engaging for our visitors. It's a simple site, but it's ours, and it does a great job of showing off what Eldercraft LLC is all about.
I've put together a mock website called Apex Remodeling, which is actually a template I'm pretty proud of and it's up for sale now. I used the basics - HTML, CSS, and JavaScript - to make it. With HTML, I made sure the layout was super user-friendly and perfect for any remodeling or construction business looking to go online. Then, with CSS, I gave it a really professional and stylish look, which can be easily tweaked to match different branding styles. And of course, I threw in some JavaScript to make the site more interactive and engaging, not just another static page. Honestly, Apex Remodeling is more than just a template; it's like a ready-to-go website that's just waiting for the right business to bring it to life.
I recently finished a project called TechGuardian Consulting, which is a mock-up for a cybersecurity company website. It's a template I created using WordPress and it's currently on the market for sale. Working with WordPress was great because it's so versatile and user-friendly. To get everything running smoothly, I used a few key plugins. The idea was to make a site that not only looks professional and modern but also feels secure and trustworthy – something essential for a cybersecurity business. The design is clean and straightforward, ensuring easy navigation and a great user experience. It's perfect for any cybersecurity company looking to establish a strong online presence without the hassle of building a website from scratch.
I had the opportunity to contribute to the development and customization of fotobookart.com, a dynamic platform built using PHP and WordPress. My role involved modifying subscription features to enhance user experience and implementing functionality to ensure that uploaded files were seamlessly processed into printable designs. This included fine-tuning the backend logic to accurately handle file transfers, ensuring that customers received correctly formatted designs tailored to their needs.
David Chu's China Bistro is a fully responsive, group project built for a Chinese Restaurant in Baltimore, Maryland. Used a Majority of Javascript to create multiple easily accessible menu pages that include a Menu and Special Meal Pages. The Special Menu was built to show the Chef's Recomendations for Meals of the week. Along with a built-in Google maps feature.
Harmony was created as a Note-taking app to help businesses take notes in an easier fashion. The app uses multiple npm packages To be more user friendly when taking notes whether
its uploading Images or using Bullet points to take notes and make ordered lists. The App also has multiple layers of SubTrees so files can be stored accordingly.
The user can create an Account, Log-in and start taking notes right away. There is also a "Publish" button in the type right of the screen for Businesses to share there work publicly, which gives the user a link that they
can send out. The Link will stay available as long as the "Publish" button stays live. Users have an option to click "Unpublish" to get rid of the link and have a new one can be created. This Fullstack app uses React.js, Typescript, Next.js 13, Tailwind CSS and Convex to store data.
This is a "still in the works" project but I recently took on this exciting task of creating a Marketing Website for Dutch Uncle, an innovative Web3 company. Leveraging the power of React and TypeScript, I built a dynamic and responsive website that perfectly encapsulates the company's cutting-edge ethos. React's component-based structure paired with TypeScript's reliability brought the site to life with a clean, user-friendly interface. For the financial side, I integrated Stripe as the payment processor, ensuring a seamless and secure transaction experience for users. Additionally, I included a downloadable file on the site, providing a comprehensive overview of Dutch Uncle’s offerings in the Web3 space. This combination of advanced web technologies and strategic design choices not only enhanced the site's functionality but also significantly boosted Dutch Uncle's digital presence and user engagement.
